The Initial Inquiry: A Unique Request from the USA
One afternoon, I received an email from a customer in the United States. Her message was short but powerful:
“Hi Echo, I’m looking to create giant custom drumsticks, about 36 inches in length. Can you help?”

At first glance, it was clear — this wasn’t an ordinary order. Our regular drumsticks typically range between 15.5 inches to 16 inches in length (around 40cm). A 36-inch drumstick? That’s more than double the size of a normal stick!
Excited by the challenge, I immediately replied, thanking her for reaching out and asking a few important questions:
What material did she prefer (maple, birch, etc.)?
What diameter did she have in mind?
Would she need logo printing or custom packaging?
Was it for performance, decoration, or promotional use?

Step 1: Confirming Specifications for the Giant Drumsticks
We first needed to get all technical details 100% clear:
1. Length:
36 inches (approximately 91.5cm) — more than double the regular drumstick size.
2. Diameter:
She requested around 37mm, which gives the drumstick a solid, impressive look and feel.

3. Material:

Once production was complete (it took about 25 days from confirming all details), we prepared the shipment.
